After nearly 20 years in the education sector assisting various individuals, I wanted to make an intentional difference in mental health; thus, furthering my education allowed me to do this. I am passionate about supporting individuals to become their best selves through a safe, non-judgmental space. I would be privileged to assist you with your growth and would love to witness you flourish.

I have personally experienced the benefits of flourishing. Throughout my internship, I am excited to use a combination of therapeutic approaches, particularly solution-focused and emotional-focused therapies and more.
In my off time, I live in the sun while surrounded by nature whenever possible; I have also been seen around the office with the watering can between sessions, giving some love to our plants. You will see me with two cups most of the day, one with water and one with coffee, to keep myself hydrated.

I offer treatment at a reduced rate, which most extended benefit providers cover.
