Hello! I’m Miranda Jones, your passionate advocate for holistic well-being. I completed my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, where I completed over 1000 hours of supervised naturopathic clinical practice. Currently, I’m eagerly awaiting the opportunity to write my board exams in the upcoming spring, and I’m excited to be on this journey with you.

With a background as a Registered Nurse for 7 years, I bring a wealth of experience to my practice. My journey began in the high-stress environment of emergency medicine, where I honed my skills in critical care. Additionally, I have a strong foundation in medical cannabis education and have worked extensively with IV/injection immunotherapy for autoimmune patients. These experiences have ignited a burning passion within me for integrative medicine and patient autonomy in their healthcare.

Life is a journey filled with ups and downs, and I believe that addressing physical, mental, spiritual, financial, and social aspects of health is essential because it’s all parts of you that are living your unique life.

I have a keen interest in the field of psycho-neuro-endocrine-immunology (PNEI), which explores the intricate connections between our thoughts, emotions, nervous system, hormones, and immune responses. PNEI examines how our mental and emotional well-being can profoundly impact our physical health and vice versa. This holistic approach allows us to better understand the profound mind-body connection and how it influences our overall health and vitality.

Let’s embark on this transformative journey together – I’m here to support and empower you with whatever you need!

My approach is trauma-informed, which means I take into consideration trauma, experiences, and stressors that impact your perspective and your biology. Together, we can navigate the effects of these factors and work towards creating positive change in your life.

In my free time, when I’m not jumping down rabbit holes on PubMed for patient cases, I am either reading, in nature, with my friends/family, and/or participating in some sort of mind-body healing practice (yoga, meditation, journaling, reiki, hypnosis, sound baths, women’s circles… I love them all!).

If you have specific questions about my services or wish to embark on a holistic health journey with me, please feel free to reach out for a free 15-minute consult to see how I can help you.
