Athletic Therapy is for anyone and everyone that is motivated to get better, looking to be pain free and/or just improve their overall quality of life. Athletic Therapists treat all musculoskeletal conditions such as tendonitis, frozen shoulder or shoulder impingements, ankle sprains, meniscus injuries etc. They can also treat more chronic conditions such as lower back pain or disc issues, fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, headaches/migraines, TMJ, carpal tunnel etc. 

Rileigh graduated from the Sheridan College Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences program for Athletic Therapy in 2012 and has been a practicing therapist in Kingston for 9 years. 

Since graduating, Rileigh has been committed to taking many extended education courses which have allowed her to expand her scope of practice. She has been dedicated to aiding in her patient’s healing journeys and assisting them to improve their quality of life and live pain free. 

Rileigh’s unique treatment style utilizes classic manual therapy techniques for muscle, joints and fascia while incorporating visceral therapy, craniosacral therapy and nerve mobilization when needed. Rileigh has a passion for treating chronic conditions and believes in finding and treating the cause for every injury or condition. 

In her free time Rileigh loves being immersed in nature and exploring the great outdoors with her family and dogs. She also enjoys traveling around the world and cooking nourishing meals. Rileigh is also currently working hard training at Olympic lifting.

Athletic Therapists are well versed in post op treatment and care for surgeries such as hip and knee replacements, fracture repairs and ligament repairs as well as post concussion assessment and treatment. With visceral and craniosacral training, Athletic Therapy can also address concerns related to digestion/acid reflux, endometriosis or post op pelvic surgeries, brain injuries, lung conditions etc.
