Individual Psychotherapy

You deserve to be here.
Life asks so much of us, and sometimes it can feel like we’re carrying more than we know how to hold.

Maybe you’ve been moving through the world exhausted,
overwhelmed, or unsure of who you are outside of everyone else’s needs. Maybe you’ve been longing for a space where you don’t have to explain away your feelings and can simply exhale and be met with understanding.
This is that space. A space where all of you belongs – your grief, your joy, confusion, or hope. A space to lay down what feels heavy and begin to reconnect with the parts of yourself that deserve care, compassion and gentleness.

My work is rooted in positive psychology and a strengths-based approach, to help you uncover the resilience, wisdom and potential already within you. My goal is to create a therapeutic space that is safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental; that honours your intersectional identity, culture, and unique life experiences.

In focusing my practice on adolescents and adults, women and members of the LGBTQ+ community, sessions are informed by several theoretical orientations to approach topics from anxiety to self-esteem, people-pleasing, life transitions and perfectionism. Together, we move at your pace, creating a space for healing, self-discovery, grace and growth.

Therapy isn’t about ‘fixing’ yourself; it’s about remembering your worth, honouring your story and giving yourself permission to live in alignment with what matters most to you.

My greatest privilege is the ability to work alongside you in that journey.
