About Ella:

Ella is a therapist who works primarily with women seeking greater emotional understanding, stronger relationships, and a more grounded sense of self. She supports clients who want to explore patterns in how they relate to themselves and others, particularly around self-worth, emotional expression, and connection.

Her approach is rooted in emotion-focused and attachment-based therapy, with a focus on helping clients access and make sense of their emotional experiences in a meaningful way. Ella believes that many challenges in relationships and self-esteem are shaped by early relational experiences and learned emotional responses, and she works with clients to gently explore and shift these patterns.

Ella’s work emphasizes developing emotional awareness, self-compassion, and more secure ways of relating. She also incorporates body-based awareness when helpful, to support emotional regulation and a greater sense of internal stability.

Therapeutic Style:

Ella’s therapeutic style is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. She creates a space that feels emotionally safe and grounded, where clients can explore vulnerable experiences at their own pace. Her work is relational and reflective, balancing emotional depth with a steady and supportive presence.

“I try to offer a space where clients can be honest about their emotional experiences without feeling judged or pressured to change too quickly.”

What to Expect:

Clients can expect therapy with Ella to focus on emotional understanding, relational patterns, and self-exploration. Sessions often involve reflecting on emotional responses, attachment dynamics, and inner beliefs, with the goal of building stronger self-awareness and more fulfilling relationships.

Ella works collaboratively with clients to support insight, emotional growth, and changes that feel authentic and sustainable.

“My goal is to help clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves and feel more secure in how they relate to others.”
