Accepting NEW Clients

Hi I’m Ella,

If you’re here you might be searching for deeper understanding, healing, or a sense of connection with yourself. Whether this process feels familiar or entirely new, I acknowledge the courage it takes to show up for yourself in this way.

I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to support my clients in their unique and individual paths. Witnessing others as they process emotions, trauma, and embrace healthier ways of being is truly inspiring. It’s an honour to walk alongside them as they learn to cultivate a sense of safety within themselves—especially for those who have never truly felt at home in their bodies before.

I feel that healing occurs when we acknowledge and embrace all parts of ourselves, including those we may have disconnected from or felt ashamed of. My work is focused on creating space for those parts to be seen, without judgment, so that you can reconnect with the full depth of who you are.

Our minds can often interfere with our healing, through overthinking and searching for solutions outside of ourselves. When we slow down and attune to the innate wisdom that we all possess, we can become more aware of subtle cues – tension, tightness, and sensations – that can offer valuable insight and guidance. By dropping out of our minds and into our bodies we can begin to integrate unhealed parts of ourselves, shift patterns, and create space for healthier ways of being.

In full transparency, I am still navigating this process myself—learning to accept my humanness and let go of the idea of perfection. In this sense, I can deeply relate to the experience of self-exploration, uncovering old patterns, and sitting with discomfort in order to grow. I don’t believe healing is about reaching a perfect version of ourselves but rather about embracing who we already are with more compassion and curiosity. My hope is to offer a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to do the same.
