Delnaz offers 45,60 and 90 minute Registered Massage Therapy appointments Monday-Friday.

Since graduating from the Massage Therapy program at Trillium College in 2023, I have enjoyed treating a wide variety of clients and am passionate about helping people find relief from pain and stress. Since graduating I have completed additional courses in Sacroiliac Joint Mobilizations, and Pregnancy Massage.

I believe in providing a safe and supportive space where you can relax and experience the benefits of massage therapy. By using a combination of Swedish Massage, joint mobilizations, and trigger point therapy, my goal is to create a treatment tailored to your wellness goals.

In my free time I enjoy baking, spending time outside, and trying new hobbies like crocheting and painting!
