Virtual Care, Labs & Insurance
Every virtual visit at KūRated takes place through our secure, private online booking and video platform, so your consultation feels just as personal as an in-person appointment. For patients working with one of our Naturopathic Doctors, routine lab work can be completed locally through LifeLabs or Dynacare, with results sent directly back to your ND to inform your care plan. Our NDs can also conduct routine physical exams and order labs as part of your treatment. Here’s what else to know before your first visit:

Do I need to live in Kingston to book with KūRated?
No. Every KūRated service — naturopathic medicine, manual osteopathy, registered massage therapy, and psychotherapy & counselling — is available to residents anywhere in Ontario through our secure virtual care platform, in addition to in-person visits at our Kingston East and Kingston West clinics.
I live outside Ontario. Can I still book an appointment?
If you’re seeking naturopathic care, our Naturopathic Doctors can offer virtual appointments to residents of New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon, and Nunavut, where naturopathic medicine isn’t currently a regulated profession. Osteopathy, massage therapy, and psychotherapy are currently available to Ontario residents only.
What happens after I book my first appointment?
You’ll receive an instant email confirmation as soon as you book, along with intake forms to complete before your visit. This helps your practitioner arrive fully prepared, whether you’re meeting in person or virtually.
Can I get lab work done if I see a Naturopathic Doctor virtually?
